Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
