Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
