**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our hotel and its occupants.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the hotel.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in custodial or facilities management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
