Key Responsibilities
  • Timely delivery of insurance certificates
  • Conduct quality assurance and review applications, endorsements, and policies for precision
  • Maintain and update records in our account management system
  • Resolve billing or payment discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain reports as required by management
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with advisors regarding new and renewal business

Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty license is mandatory
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and ensure follow-up
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial insurance service role
  • Open to learning, resourceful, and coachable
