Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Wood plc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our mobile and stationary equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of mobile and stationary equipment, including front end loaders, forklifts, cranes, pumps, stationary engines, and generators.
- Conduct inspections to identify defects or required repairs and advise the Garage Mechanic Supervisor accordingly.
- Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to all safety standards.
- Assist with administrative duties related to maintenance of mobile and stationary equipment.
- Assist in preparing preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of procedures for the repair and maintenance of mobile and stationary equipment.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary preventative and predictive maintenance schedules and programs.
- Ability to operate required tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
