  • Series 7 and 66/63 required; additional licenses in Insurance or Mortgage are a plus.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
  • Strong understanding of credit, lending products, and federal lending regulations.
  • Excellent business development, marketing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations effectively.
