- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Control costs and manage cash handling, food products, labor, and other expenses.
- Team Management: Supervise and direct team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Training and Development: Train new and existing team members in job stations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete required administrative duties, including placing product orders and posting sale readings.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Education: High School or equivalent, with a strong desire to pursue excellence and a passion for the QSR industry.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong understanding of effective practices in dealing with customers.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and gain commitment.
