Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all company procedures are followed.
- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Control costs and manage cash handling, food products, labor, and other expenses.
- Team Management: Supervise and direct team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Training and Development: Train new and existing team members in job stations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete required administrative duties, including placing product orders and posting sale readings.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Education: High School or equivalent, with a strong desire to pursue excellence and a passion for the QSR industry.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong understanding of effective practices in dealing with customers.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and gain commitment.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and be able to communicate. Frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and push. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
