Job Summary

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that all company procedures are followed and that high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that restaurants are clean and well-maintained
  • Control costs at budgeted levels
  • Manage cash registers and perform shift changes
  • Supervise team members and maintain customer service awareness
  • Train new and existing team members
  • Complete administrative duties
  • Place product orders and post sale readings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong desire to make a positive impact on customers' lives, pursue excellence, and have a passion for the QSR industry.

Qualifications

High School or GED; Must be certified to train all functions of each hourly position he/she will supervise. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be Serv Safe certified.
