The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Lavendo into its next phase of growth. This role offers the chance to shape the future of a dynamic company at the intersection of tech recruitment and management consulting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT outsourcing and financial management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, leading all operations and business activities, and overseeing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and innovation.
  • Oversee Financial Performance: Oversee financial performance, including profit and loss management, taxes, and investment planning.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to advance the business and increase profits.
  • Make Strategic Decisions: Make decisions to drive business growth and increase profits.
Requirements
  • Proven Success in IT Outsourcing: At least 5 years of proven success in managing an IT outsourcing company or a department within an IT outsourcing company.
  • Strong Financial Management: Strong experience in managing finances, including profit and loss management, taxes, and investment planning.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a high-performing environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and innovation.
