As a Surgical Medical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our medical team. Your duties will include preparing rooms and surgery trays, assisting physicians with surgeries, administering lidocaine, and providing post-operative care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Surgery Assistant
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
- Ability to travel to other locations if needed
- Experience with electronic medical record systems
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
