About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Peer Support Specialist to join our team at Colonial Behavioral Health. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, and developmental disabilities maintain their housing and achieve their recovery goals.

Job SummaryThe Peer Support Specialist will provide peer assistance and support to participants in our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. This includes promoting recovery and self-direction, facilitating wellness management and recovery strategies, mentoring community integration activities, and coordinating with other PSH program staff as needed.
