Lindsay Windows is seeking a skilled Plant Manager to lead operations at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the complete production cycle, ensuring efficient operations, and executing strategies aimed at enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the entire process from quoting to order fulfillment, manufacturing, shipping, invoicing, and collection
- Streamlining manufacturing operations through effective scheduling and resource management
- Upholding health, safety, and compliance standards
- Evaluating production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Supervising plant staff and local product sales
- Acting as a representative of the company within the community
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or a related discipline is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
