Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Technical Lead to lead a team of software engineers in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery, collaborating with senior management on technical strategies and long-term roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities- Guide and mentor a team of software engineers in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting predefined specifications and budget constraints.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting top talent, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with software design and development.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 1+ year(s) as a technical lead or project mentor.
- Minimum 5+ years of software development with modern web frameworks related to building efficient, secure, and maintainable customer-facing web applications.
- Experience building large-scale, user-facing products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience developing customer-facing web applications utilizing Python, React, or similar modern web technologies.
