Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to travel for assessments and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and review the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program.
  • Conduct off-site assessments and travel to various states for program reviews.
  • Coordinate with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals before inspections.
  • Report findings to senior military leadership and provide written reports after assessments.
  • Conduct special studies and projects to improve Occupational Health services and policies.
Requirements:
  • A licensed registered nurse with knowledge of Army policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and federal Occupational Health laws.
  • Ability to travel extensively for assessments and inspections.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct special projects and studies as directed.
