Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Yard: Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including forklifts and large machinery.
  • Captain of Organization: Optimize material production processes and ensure the yard is running efficiently.

  • Team Leader: Supervise and lead a team of hardworking individuals, setting the standard for work ethic and performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • General computer skills (specific software training provided).
  • A passion for staying organized and getting things done.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment a plus
