Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated UAS Systems Engineer/Integrator to provide leadership and guidance for emerging Unmanned Autonomous System (UAS) projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with Service or Defense Agency Program Offices to leverage existing autonomous algorithms in new and innovative ways
  • Provide program management, systems engineering, and in-depth knowledge of long range fires, data science, artificial intelligence, deep learning systems, autonomous systems, long range weapon kill chains, communications, networking, inter-networking in communications denied environments, and cyber
  • Work with performers and vendors to identify solution sets for developing Command and Control architectures among different UAS platforms
  • Oversee collaborative development of requirements and programmatic documents with Service stakeholders
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI or have held an SCI and been debriefed in the last 24 months
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science or Science
  • Minimum of 15 years of program management, operational, and analytical experience
  • Proficient in program management and systems engineering
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Acquisition or government program management experience highly desired
  • Experience in Special Access Programs (SAPs)
  • Previous experience working with foreign partners for prototype development preferred
  • Master's degree
