We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our project managers with various tasks, including estimating, field measuring, and preparing submittal packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with field measurements and data entry in Excel.
- Prepare submittals, drawings, and product data for project managers.
- Learn to create schedules of values and operate Bluebeam software for shop drawings.
- Assist with product deliveries and installations as needed.
- Attend bi-weekly WIP meetings for project status updates and new job reviews.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office and installation environment, requiring the ability to work in quiet and noisy settings, including construction sites.
Physical Demands:
The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, and climb ladders, as well as lift and move heavy boxes and materials up to 70 pounds.
Requirements:
An associate's degree or technical certificate in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business is required, along with proficiency in MS Office products and Excel.
Preferred experience includes installation of window treatments, reading architectural plans, and proficiency in CAD and Bluebeam software.
