Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Administrative Associate to provide key technical and administrative support to multiple attorneys on complex, confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and coordinate work from external sources to produce large, sensitive, and complex documents under severe time constraints.
  • Develop and maintain files for large, complex matters.
  • Arrange and monitor meetings; make travel arrangements; process complex travel reimbursement requests.
  • Maintain timely and accurate calendars and dockets.
  • Serve as Department point of contact with senior Company executives, internal clients, outside counsel, officers of the court, and the public in general.
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness; prepare voucher requests for payment of invoices.
  • Assist attorneys and others to resolve user-level difficulties with automated systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience with recent applicable legal secretary experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to type at least 60 wpm.
  • In-depth knowledge of networked word processing systems, including templates, and ability to troubleshoot and fix common malfunctions.
  • Detailed knowledge of document management, legal case management, spreadsheet, and graphics applications.
  • Superior spelling and grammar, verbal and written use of the English language, including proofreading and editing skills.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of onsite and remote workdays.

Administrative Services

Full-time

$69,100.00 - $103,700.00
