CNC Manufacturing Engineer/Estimator

Job Summary:
A CNC manufacturing engineer/estimator is required to have strong knowledge of CNC machining, including programming, processing, and implementing efficient methods of successfully running high-quality machined parts for various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage current and new projects while continuously assessing projects for continuous improvement
- Estimate new projects
- Mentor others in improving their CNC manufacturing skills
- Work within the Company's ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements
Requirements:
- 10-year minimum hands-on experience with CNC programming and set-up
- Highly proficient in CAM programming
- Strong knowledge of standard and custom tooling
Essential Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- The ability to multi-task as required
- Excellent verbal and written skills
