Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and events, prioritizing time-sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared with relevant materials and briefing documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, including clients, team members, and partners.
  • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively manage tasks to maximize their efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience providing executive-level support, preferably within a creative agency or dynamic organizational environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, multiple priorities, and competing deadlines.
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
