Strategic Operations Coordinator

A-B is a leading creative agency committed to driving equity and inclusion in all aspects of its work. As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by managing day-to-day operations and ensuring they are equipped to focus on high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and events, prioritizing time-sensitive matters.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared with relevant materials and briefing documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, including clients, team members, and partners.
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively manage tasks to maximize their efficiency and productivity.
- 8+ years of experience providing executive-level support, preferably within a creative agency or dynamic organizational environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, multiple priorities, and competing deadlines.
- Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- The salary band for this role starts at $100,000 annually.
