Job Overview

Roto-Rooter is a leading provider of water quality solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service technicians and call centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on company-generated leads and appointments.
  • Conduct territory site visits offering our water quality, conditioning, and filtration solutions.
  • Show prospective customers the available systems & options.
  • Conduct in-home water quality tests and determine system installation feasibility.
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
  • Meet weekly sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Water quality sales experience is strongly desired, but not required.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of smart devices, applications, and Microsoft Office.
  • Plumbing experience or knowledge is unnecessary.
  • Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities.
