Job Summary
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Springfield, Oregon. The successful candidate will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy services to children and adults in a community mental health clinic.
Responsibilities
* Provide initial and updated psychiatric evaluations
* Conduct routine follow-up care and medication management
* Work effectively with mental health teams to assist individuals and families in solving physical, mental, and social health problems
* Oversight and review of QMHPs annual assessments and individual services and support plans
* Must be designated as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority
