Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our Land Development team. This is a non-remote position that requires strong technical expertise and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform site development engineering and project management tasks for commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and small site retail projects.
  • Design and manage land development projects, including site civil design, permitting, and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion and within budget.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) License or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Experience with site civil design, permitting, and applicable software applications, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
