Position Overview
WBUR is in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital member of the Finance and Administration team. This newly established role is essential for effective forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the business insight necessary to distill intricate financial data into clear and actionable information, facilitating informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to create financial presentations that are both clear and purposeful, driving business awareness and decisions.
- Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Capability to delve into and manipulate data, identifying and analyzing trends, KPIs, and business drivers.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of teamwork across all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with extensive complex data.
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-through.
- Expertise in SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
