We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at 3M. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other areas of the facility
  • Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed
  • Remove trash and recyclables from the facility and process waste
  • Maintain floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing tile floors
  • Keep inventory of supplies and order as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification required
  • 3 years of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to consistently prioritize safety and promote a safe work environment
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills
