Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct environmental services staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our facilities.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
  • Train and supervise environmental services staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in custodial services and/or building maintenance, including lead responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Cal OSHA and OSHA occupational safety regulations.
  • Ability to train employees in proper departmental practices and procedures, including safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
