Job Title: BCBA Clinical Manager - Early Start Program

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Manager to lead our Early Start Program. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our clients and their families.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of behavior technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality ABA services.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans to support client goals.
  • Collaborate with speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and conduct regular progress monitoring to ensure client progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families, service coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification or qualified licensed healthcare professional status.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals.
  • Experience developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
