BCBA Clinical Manager - Early Start Program

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Manager to lead our Early Start Program. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of early start services across various clinical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver clinical programs under the Early Start Program, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians, ensuring they meet minimum supervisory requirements and parent training hours.
  • Develop, monitor, and update client programming on a monthly basis, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Speech and Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist to ensure weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and/or bi-monthly consultations occur with families.
  • Review initial reports and progress reports, serving as a liaison between RCOC and BHW.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to upholding the company's mission and vision to the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals.
  • Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans.
