Nursing Supervision Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation. In this critical leadership role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Oversight of daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
  • Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
  • Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $47.00 - $52.00 per hour, plus shift differentials and weekend warrior bonus pay up to $52.56 per hour. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid training, tuition reimbursement, student loan payoff, and more.

Qualifications:
  • Valid state nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
