Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Medical Secretary to join our team as a Healthcare Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing office operations, and supporting clinical staff. If you have a strong background in healthcare administration and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care Coordination: Liaise with care providers and medical professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and paperwork.
  • Communication: Answer calls, respond to messages, and communicate with patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordinator or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, patient confidentiality laws, and medical terminology.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
