Overview

As a Sales Representative for Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands, you will play a vital role in promoting our top-quality products and engaging with clients at events and in the field.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and outgoing individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of our products to potential customers. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, demonstrating products, and building relationships with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated hourly base pay of $20.50, plus commission-based earnings that can reach up to $22.00 per hour. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and flexible spending account.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires a high level of energy, motivation, and self-discipline, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Some key responsibilities include:

• Approaching and engaging potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Scheduling appointments and demonstrating products to clients
• Maintaining company standards for appearance and attire
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Self-motivation and a competitive spirit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and travel occasionally (up to 10%)
