Job Description

As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
  • Operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images, adjusting settings as needed to ensure optimal results
  • Monitoring patients during scans and responding to any concerns or issues that arise
  • Collaborating with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CT scanner operation and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
