Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct organ or body scans on patients to assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid.
  • Prepare and position patients, and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
  • Administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor patient activity and report any abnormal findings.
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform specialized imaging procedures, including angio, complex vascular, and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 15 months of hire date.
  • State Radiology Technologist licensure issued by the Wisconsin Radiography Examining Board.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
Education
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's degree/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
