About the role:
We are in search of enthusiastic pet lovers to engage with customers in retail environments.
The primary objective of this position is to communicate and showcase the numerous advantages of Nulo's premium pet foods, encouraging customers to transition to Nulo products for their dogs and cats.
The job title is Nulo Pet Nutrition Advocate, and your performance will be evaluated based on the sales outcomes of Nulo within the stores you represent.
The hours for this role typically range from 12-16 hours per week, with four-hour shifts available from Thursday through Sunday.The compensation for this position varies from $18-21 per hour, depending on location, with opportunities for incentives as you enhance sales in your assigned stores.

What you'll do:
- Engage with pet parents in meaningful conversations that showcase a genuine love for pets and establish rapport.
- Proactively involve pet parents by actively listening to their stories and experiences with their pets, showing genuine interest and empathy.
- Recognize and appreciate the unique aspects that define each pet parent's bond with their pets while paying attention to important details and cues.
- Utilize extensive product knowledge to effectively communicate how Nulo products can enhance the special connection between pet parents and their pets.
- Assist pet parents in selecting the most appropriate Nulo products for their pet's needs.
- Create lasting impressions by expressing gratitude to pet parents for sharing their stories, dedicating their time and attention, and demonstrating care for their pets.
These actions are crucial for helping customers recognize the benefits of Nulo products for their pets and, in turn, boost our Nulo sales.

Additional role requirements:
