Position Overview:

The Retirement Services division within MSSN is dedicated to offering comprehensive support for IRA and retirement accounts to financial advisors and branch personnel. This team addresses a wide range of inquiries concerning retirement products, contribution and distribution protocols, as well as retirement taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain effective relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
  • Manage incoming inquiries from financial advisors and branch staff regarding Retirement Services.
  • Leverage various internal and external resources to provide accurate information and resolve client issues.
  • Adhere to established protocols for routing processing requests to relevant teams and escalating inquiries as necessary.
  • Achieve team and departmental service objectives as outlined by MSSN management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with retirement products is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Possession of a current or previous Series 7 license is preferred, but not essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is desirable.
