As a US FOODS Sales Support Analyst, you will assist with all administrative tasks related to customer contract management at the Area level. You will help with local sales contract tracking, profit model development, and managing incentive and rebate requests. Your contributions are vital to the success of US FOODS, rooted in our core values of cultural beliefs, work ethic, teamwork, and service.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or clerical support.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes, methodologies, and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience supporting sales teams.
  • Experience with contracts in foodservice, food manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
  • Solid business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • College coursework or degree is a plus.

SCHEDULE: This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence 4 days a week and 1 day remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Exceptional Sales Support Analysts are integral to the US FOODS team and represent a key face of our organization. Our Sales Analysts uphold integrity and reliability while fostering trusting relationships within our team.

  • Oversee all aspects of the contract lifecycle for assigned Areas, including model and agreement generation, execution, setup, and maintenance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert regarding contracts, providing insights and answers to field and support office inquiries.
  • Conduct routine reporting and review of the existing customer contract portfolio to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with field leaders regarding necessary contract-related actions and decisions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Hybrid: This role is partially remote, with responsibilities to be performed in both home-based and office-based settings.
