About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandiser Stocker to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. As a Merchandiser Stocker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional merchandising support to our retail partners, ensuring our products are displayed and stocked to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and display products on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within a designated territory.
  • Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
  • Use a company-issued phone to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Capability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $20.16, with a rate increase to $21.22 after 6 months.
