Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Adhere to established serving standards and portion control measures.
  • Serve beverages that are aesthetically pleasing and at the ideal temperature.
  • Receive and organize deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels of products.
  • Clear used dishes from the lounge area promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including lounge and storage areas.
  • Refresh tables and the bar with necessary condiments and items as required.
  • Keep the lounge area clean and inviting at all times.
  • Project a clean, professional image to guests and colleagues.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
Skills and Competencies
  • Comprehensive understanding of alcohol service practices and standards.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exceed guest expectations consistently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player.
