We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Meat Department team as a leader. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Visual Presentation: Focus on maintaining company standards for merchandising, highlighting the quality, freshness, and uniqueness of our products.
  • Team Development and Customer Engagement: Use your passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on our product offerings, proactively approach customers to answer questions, help locate items, and offer suggestions to complete their meals.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Computer skills, ability to learn and adapt quickly, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
