About the Role:
AccentCare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team in Beaumont, Texas.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, paid on a per-visit basis. This compensation reflects an estimate of the total annual earnings based on the job requirements and industry standards.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, helping them to recover from illnesses or injuries and regain independence.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities
* Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living activities
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent with licensure within the state providing services
* At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision in a home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
* Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
* Ability to travel to all business locations as needed
