As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute facilities. Your duties will include:
- Providing individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Tracking patient outcomes and reviewing options with physicians and other nursing staff.
- Administering and supervising appropriate treatments and medications to residents.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Graduation from an approved nursing program.
- At least 4 months of experience in post-acute or in-patient hospital care.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
