Citizens Memorial is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, utilizing your strong critical thinking and assessment skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective care to residents, including medication administration, conducting resident assessments, and monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Administer treatments and procedures per physician order
  • Participate in the interdisciplinary team responsible for facilitating resident admissions and discharges, as well as the development of the resident Plan of Care
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse to assign care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Nursing
  • Current LPN licensure
  • Strong patient care skills
