Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent care to residents, including safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans.
  • Participate in the interdisciplinary team responsible for facilitating resident admissions and discharges.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Nursing
  • LPN or LVN licensure
  • Strong patient care skills and critical thinking abilities
