Becoming a Home Health Nurse at Marian Regional Medical Center offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families in the Santa Maria Valley. As a Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires excellent patient care skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a home health setting.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum of one year of experience in home health nursing or acute care Med/Surg, Tele, or ICU nursing within the last five years. You will also need to be licensed as an RN in California and hold a valid BLS-CPR certification. A BSN degree and Public Health certificate are preferred but not required. The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
