Key Responsibilities
  • Develop AI Integration Strategies: Design and implement seamless integration of AI technologies into existing systems, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Drive AI Adoption: Promote and facilitate the use of AI tools and services to create process improvements and increase the quality of work product.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with invested parties to understand business requirements and objectives that could benefit from AI integration.
  • Promote AI Awareness: Educate and support lawyers and professional staff on AI awareness, learning, and support.
  • Customize AI Solutions: Develop custom AI algorithms, models, or applications tailored to specific business requirements.
  • Test and Validate AI Integrations: Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance meet desired standards.
  • Guide Lawyer Understanding: Assist lawyers in understanding and presenting AI solutions.
  • Manage AI Tools and Services: Maintain and promote an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools and services for use by lawyers and professional staff.
  • Vendor Management: Facilitate arrangements with vendors and manage the overall vendor management lifecycle to ensure that licenses are best leveraged by stakeholders, in partnership with the procurement team.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with AI Technologies: Stay abreast of available and emerging AI technologies to support lawyers and professional staff with a range of solutions.
  • Develop Benchmarks: Develop benchmarks to track and analyze successful implementation of projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in AI Integration: Proven experience in AI integration, with a strong understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and platforms in a legal environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about AI integration challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to champion AI innovation to a wide range of audiences.
  • Technology Understanding: Broad technology understanding, able to engage and liaise with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; JD or a Master's in a technical field a plus.
