About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Integration Developer to play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our AI-powered platform. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure AI-powered solutions that assist doctors in navigating and utilizing EHR systems more efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements in our web applications, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of large software projects, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment, using modern web technologies like TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
  • Maintaining and enhancing our EHR integration capabilities, working on both frontend and backend components to ensure seamless interoperability with various healthcare systems.
  • Driving the improvement of our internal tools and dashboards, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our team and support efficient operations.
  • Championing best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and maintainability, to ensure high-quality and resilient software.
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of robust API, authentication, and middleware solutions, enhancing the scalability and security of our platform.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed. 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, with a proven track record of success. Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git). Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A passion for healthcare technology and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Compensation

The base compensation range for the role is: $105,000 - $130,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split. Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create. We encourage you to still apply if you're outside of the range, as we take an individualized approach to ensure that compensation accounts for all of the life factors that matter for each candidate.
