We are looking for a candidate who can strategically enhance Limbach's specialty equipment rental fleet. Key responsibilities include formulating rental sales strategies, overseeing fulfillment processes, and spearheading marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee the specialty rental sector
  • Execute initiatives for rental fleet expansion
  • Formulate rental sales strategies
  • Oversee fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns

CONDUCT STANDARDS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work in a warehouse setting and deliver to construction sites
  • Potential exposure to various environmental conditions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate verbally, hear, and possess visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Occasional lifting of up to ten pounds

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Up to 75% local travel may be required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with the equipment rental industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior supervisory experience is advantageous
