Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a mission-driven Nurse Practitioner to join our team of compassionate providers. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality primary medical care services to patients in accordance with our principles of practice and mission statement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary medical care services to patients, working collaboratively with staff to provide team-based coordinated care.
  • Participate in preventive health programs, including education and outreach activities, to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
  • Prescribe and dispense medication as needed, in accordance with individual prescriptive authority granted by the Washington State Board.
  • Participate in clinical affairs, working with administrative personnel to improve the patient care experience.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree, certified ARNP, licensed in the State of Washington.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program (ARNP). Certified by the appropriate Nursing Certification Board (PNCB, FPNCB).
  • A current DEA certificate required.
  • Uphold all current vaccine requirements for employment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, with prior experience in community health preferred.
