Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary medical care services to patients in accordance with our principles of practice and mission statement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary medical care services to patients in a team-based approach.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to provide coordinated care.
  • Prescribe and/or dispense medication as necessary.
  • Participate in preventive health programs, including education and outreach.
  • Assure accurate and timely completion of clinical records.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current DEA certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Prior experience in community health is preferred.
