Como Especialista en Ingeniería Ambiental, estarás a la vanguardia de la entrega de soluciones de ingeniería excepcionales y consultoría estratégica. Tu papel incluirá identificar, evaluar y recomendar estrategias de riesgo y remediación para asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones federales, estatales y locales. Además, prepararás solicitudes de permisos aplicables, evaluaciones de riesgo y documentos técnicos, incluyendo propuestas, informes y correspondencia con agencias reguladoras. Aplicarás principios de ingeniería sólidos y serás capaz de comunicar cuestiones y conceptos complejos de ingeniería a clientes técnicos y no técnicos, así como a equipos de proyectos.
Los servicios que realizarás pueden incluir evaluaciones ambientales de Fase I/II, encuestas de campo de recursos ecológicos y naturales, evaluaciones de cierre de tanques, abatimiento de asbesto, gestión de aguas pluviales y planificación y permisos de sitios.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Esenciales:
- Desarrollar comprensión y estar al tanto de los riesgos relacionados con el proyecto. Familiarizarse con lo que podría salir mal en un proyecto y cómo proteger a la empresa.
- Liderar los esfuerzos de seguridad del equipo y asegurar que se sigan las reglas y pautas de seguridad. Responsable de crear y modelar un entorno de trabajo seguro; demostrar prácticas de seguridad. Promover la planificación previa a la tarea para todos los proyectos.
- Promover la monitorización continua de calidad y mejora en los proyectos. Monitorear estándares y prácticas de calidad.
- Profesional de ingeniería ambiental de nivel senior responsable de liderar proyectos complejos o únicos. Supervisar el análisis y la formación de recomendaciones en informes escritos.
- Proporcionar dirección técnica y capacitación al personal profesional menos experimentado.
- Participar en el desarrollo de estrategias de marketing y presentaciones de calificaciones a clientes sobre proyectos.
- Servir como Revisor de Proyectos Autorizado.
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Civil o grado relacionado.
- Mínimo de 8 a 11 años de experiencia.
- Se prefiere título de maestría en Ingeniería Ambiental.
- Registro de Ingeniero Profesional (PE).
- Licencia de conducir válida con historial de violaciones aceptable.
- Estado de Revisor de Proyectos Autorizado preferido.
