About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring a 3x12 nights shift schedule with 36 scheduled hours per week. As an LPN/LVN - SNF, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
* Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Nebraska
* Completion of a post-secondary education program in nursing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
